*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer-aided design and a passion for creating innovative designs. As a CAD Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality 2D and 3D designs, schematics, and models that meet project specifications and requirements. *Duties* * Create detailed CAD drawings and designs using software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Civil 3D. * Develop 2D animations and visual presentations to effectively communicate design concepts. * Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. * Produce accurate schematics and layouts for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards. * Utilize NavisWorks for project visualization and coordination among different disciplines. * Engage in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality. * Maintain organized files and documentation of all design work for easy retrieval and reference. * Stay updated on the latest CAD technologies and software enhancements to improve efficiency. *Experience* * Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, Revit, Sketchup, and NavisWorks is essential. * Previous experience in drafting, designing schematics, or related fields is preferred. * Familiarity with 2D animation techniques is a plus. * Strong attention to detail with an ability to work under tight deadlines. * Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. * A degree or certification in a relevant field such as architecture, engineering, or design is advantageous.
