Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Select trade subcontractors . Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions. Develop risk management plans. Supervision: 3-4 people. Contractors. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS Project. MS Word. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Area of specialization: Project management. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle.
