We are looking for a *Supply Chain Manager* to join our team and help build and optimize our supply chain systems across both markets, ensuring efficiency and scalability as we continue to grow.
*Position Overview:*
The *Supply Chain Manager* will play a pivotal role in managing our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will be responsible for building relationships with vendors, managing orders, and developing scalable supply chain systems to support our expanding business in the cannabis sector.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Familiarity with implementing supply chain management systems (e.g., cloud-based ERP solutions) to streamline processes and data flow across different markets.
* Providing training to internal teams and partners on new systems and standards, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
* Ability to create and standardize operational procedures and metrics that ensure consistency and efficiency among co-packers and distributors.
* Skills in integrating data from various sources (e.g., sales, inventory, and logistics) into a centralized system for comprehensive analysis.
* Establishing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure supply chain performance and market-specific needs, facilitating ongoing monitoring and improvement.
* Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., BI software) to analyze trends, predict demand, and enhance decision-making across markets.
* Understanding regional market dynamics, consumer preferences, and regulatory requirements to tailor supply chain strategies effectively.
* Skills in creating dashboards and reports that present supply chain data clearly to stakeholders, making complex information accessible and actionable.
* Developing risk assessment frameworks to identify potential supply chain disruptions and implement mitigation strategies based on data insights.
* Working closely with IT and data analytics teams to ensure that systems are scalable, secure, and capable of producing accurate data insights tailored to each market's needs.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in cannabis industry.
* Proven experience with supply chain management systems (ERP, MRP, or similar systems) and data analytics tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Knowledge of regional market dynamics in the USA and Canada is a plus.
* Knowledge of finance is a strong asset.
