*Duties*
? Manage company phone, emails and social profiles.
? Manage and update customer profiles.
? Book calls and manage the schedule.
? Manage accounts receivable.
? Exceptional customer service.
? Communicate with the technicians and management.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Familiarity with data entry processes and basic computer applications.
* A commitment to providing outstanding service and support to customers.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
