We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence. *Duties*
* Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and professional growth.
* Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and provide ongoing support to staff members.
* Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
* Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication and teamwork.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
*Requirements*
* Proven experience in a managerial role with strong team management skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
* Experience in customer service with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Familiarity with sales management principles and practices.
* Ability to train staff effectively and develop their skills for career advancement.
* Knowledge of pricing strategies and inventory management processes is a plus.
