<p>Hello ! I'm Gabriel, Recruitment Consultant for Fed Supply, an employment agency specializing in supply chain, logistics, transportation and customer service - offering temporary and permanent jobs in the Greater Montreal area. Our team of Supply Chain and Logistics experts speaks your language and operates in your world.</p><p>I'm assisting one of our customers, a well-known Quebec transportation company, in its search for a dispatcher.</p><p>The position is full-time, for 40 hours, nights and weekends.</p><p>Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities are:</p><p>-Enter all freelances and orders into the computer system;<br>-Manage dispatch emails and calls;<br>-Assist dispatchers in entering assigned trips into the dispatch software <br>-Assists dispatchers in entering assigned trips or changes to previously assigned trips;<br>-Respond to customer inquiries, send reports to customers as required;<br>-Receive travel documents from drivers, perform summary review if all required documents and information are present;<br>-Review and correct drivers' computerized reports, ensuring that everything is correct and clear for the return audit;<br>-In the event of an incident, a supervisor is available at all times to take charge of the situation.</p><p>Profile required:</p><p>-Knowledge of Bill 430<br>-Relevant experience in transportation or dispatching<br>-Proficiency with TMS software<br>-Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel (advanced knowledge required)<br>-Structured, efficient and numerate<br>-Bilingual (English, French)</p><p>The use of English is required for the following reasons:</p><p>-Communication with international customers<br>-Collaboration with English-speaking partners<br>-Drafting documents in English</p><p>Working conditions :</p><p>-Working hours 3 days / week<br>-36H worked, paid 40H<br>-Group insurance<br>-RRSP program<br>-Employee referral bonus<br>-Employee assistance program<br>-10 days sick leave<br>-3 days personal leave</p><p>PROCESS: Initial interview with Gabriel Lemoine, Fed Supply Recruitment Consultant - followed by an interview with the company's Human Resources Manager and Position Manager.<br>To apply: www.fedsupply.ca<br>To contact me: (438) 378-7599<br>C: </p>
