We provide an unwavering commitment to our company culture and amazing service to our clients. <strong>This is for you if you are:</strong></p><p>• Trustworthy, honest, respectful, accountable, and reliable.</p><p>• Calm, positive, and have a solution-oriented attitude in all situations.</p><p>• A proven leader and manager with the ability to motivate others.</p><p>• Committed to personal excellence, driven to succeed with a "can do" attitude.</p><p>• Able to plan, see the "big picture" and prioritize.</p><p>• Adept at critical thinking and problem-solving.</p><p>• Flexible and adaptable.</p><p>• Curious, collaborative, passionate and detail oriented.</p><p>• A lifelong learner motivated to continue to learn and grow.</p><p>• Able to demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental protection.</p><p>• A steward of your community and committed to giving back and serving others.</p><p><strong>Description of Duties</strong></p><p>• Manage your projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects meet scheduling goals and client expectations.</p><p>• Lead clients through an exceptional experience.</p><p>• Ensure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, Drawing Packages, and applicable building codes while maintaining high-quality standards.</p><p>• Assist with the Project Management Office with input for Cost Estimates, Purchase Orders & Change Orders.</p><p>• Develop and maintain schedules in conjunction with the Project Team to meet milestones and completion dates.</p><p>• Provide clear direction to Team Members to ensure project targets are achieved.</p><p>• Attend project meetings, provide input, anticipate stakeholder needs, and proactively identify solutions to support ongoing projects.</p><p>• Lead project teams by identifying and managing opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for Scope, Quality, Schedule, and Financial Targets.</p><p>• Assist Project Management Office to maintain, track, and report on financial aspects of projects, including Subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings.</p><p>• Manage the procurement process for on-site related activities and assist the Project Management Team as needed for off-site related activities as needed.</p><p>• Support employees through coaching, professional development, team meetings and Goal Setting and Review (GSR) Meetings.</p><p>• Ensure all employees and Subcontractors are communicating with clients professionally and appropriately.</p><p>• Support and maintain healthy, happy, and safe work environments and corporate culture. </p><p>• Maintain a clean, organized and professional presentation of work sites.</p><p><strong>Skills & Requirements</strong></p><p>• Highly skilled Site Superintendent with experience managing construction projects from the Planning to Closing phases.</p><p>• Minimum of five years managing projects in the commercial construction industry.</p><p>• Experience with construction management software tools and current technology.</p><p>• Experience with Retail & Hospitality projects considered an asset. </p><p>• Must have previous skilled trade experience.</p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p> </p><p>• Competitive Salary</p><p>• Vehicle Allowance</p><p>• Mileage</p><p>• Two weeks vacati
