*The Sales Assistant Role:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven SalesAssistant who will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert product knowledge, and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to thrive in both independent and team-driven environments.
In addition to the hourly wage, this role offers a highly rewarding bonus and commission structure, entirely based on performance. Successful candidates who consistently meet sales targets during the three-month probation period will not only be offered a full-time position but may also have the opportunity to advance into managerial roles. *Responsibilities*
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
* Deliver engaging presentations and provide product knowledge to potential customers.
* Collaborate with the team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, offering after-sales support.
*Other Duties*
* Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Marketing Team.
* Assist in driving merchandising directives and standards to achieve financial targets.
* Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
* Commitment to providing the best service possible to our customers.
* Previous sales experience.
* Proven customer service skills.
* Confident, outgoing personality, committed to client care.
* Prospecting skills.
* Meeting sales goals.
* Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities. Confidence, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
* A well-established professional network is highly desirable.
*Experience*
* Preferably, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00-$7,000.00 per month
