Are you a proactive, motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring smooth administrative operations of PowerUp Leadership.
*Responsibilities:*
The Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in managing the administrative processes of PowerUp Leadership. They will be responsible for managing scheduling, social media, and other administrative processes to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
* *Scheduling: *Manage calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
* *Social Media Scheduling:* Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts and maintaining a consistent online presence for the organization.
* *Client Communication:* Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.
* *Document Management:* Review documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* *Invoicing:* Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and assist with basic accounting tasks.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree or diploma from a Canadian accredited university or college, received within the last year required (September 2023 to current).
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to communication.
* High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales software (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus.
* Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
* Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is an asset.
*Additional Information:*
* Salary Range: $40,000 to $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
* This is a full-time hybrid position based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The successful candidate will enjoy a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth. We offer competitive compensation and benefits package.
