We believe in simplicity, seamless integration, and creating products that offer an exceptional user experience. *Job Description* We are looking for a talented *UI/UX Designer* to join our growing team and help us shape the visual identity and user experience of our products at Moken and Helium Deploy. As a UI/UX Designer, you?ll work closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to craft intuitive and engaging interfaces that align with our vision and delight our users. *Responsibilities* ? *User-Centered Design:* Conduct user research, personas, user journeys, and usability tests to inform design decisions. ? *Wireframing & Prototyping:* Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively. ? *Visual Design:* Design stunning, clean, and functional user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. ? *Collaborative Development:* Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and function as intended. ? *Consistency & Guidelines:* Develop and maintain UI design guidelines and ensure consistency across products. ? *Feedback & Iteration:* Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs based on user insights and testing. *Requirements* ? *Experience:* 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. ? *Skills:* Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. ? *Research:* Strong experience in conducting user research and usability testing. ? *Attention to Detail:* Sharp eye for detail and ability to create aesthetically pleasing and intuitive designs. ? *Communication:* Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design choices. ? *Creativity:* A passion for design, innovation, and creating meaningful experiences. *Nice-to-Haves* ? Familiarity with *blockchain and crypto technologies*. ? Experience working in *startups* or *tech environments*. ?
