*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will have a strong background in warehouse distribution, and will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining inventory accuracy. *Duties* * Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations. * Organize and manage the scheduling of warehouse staff to meet operational needs. * Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products accurately. * Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. * Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and equipment operation. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. *Requirements* * Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management within a distribution environment. * Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Certification in forklift operation and fall arrest is highly desirable. * Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. * Must possess problem-solving skills with a focus on analyzing data for decision-making.
