This dual-role position is essential for maintaining efficient operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting overall warehouse activities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, and conducting regular audits.</p></li><li><p><strong>Data Entry:</strong> Input and update data related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations in the management system.</p></li><li><p><strong>Documentation:</strong> Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for shipments, receipts, and inventory reports to ensure compliance with company policies.</p></li><li><p><strong>Coordination:</strong> Collaborate with the warehouse team and other departments (e.g., purchasing, sales) to coordinate the flow of goods and resolve discrepancies.</p></li><li><p><strong>General Labor Duties:</strong> Assist with loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, and organizing merchandise in the warehouse.</p></li><li><p><strong>Equipment Operation:</strong> Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training may be provided).</p></li><li><p><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Address inquiries related to inventory status, shipments, and other warehouse operations in a timely manner.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in warehouse administration or general labor preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong><br />This position involves physical labor, including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and working in a warehouse environment.</p><p> </p></div></div>
