We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to join our team and to support the CEO with HR projects for company clients, work with the current team and grow our HR Consulting services</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>As an HR Generalist with our company, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR project deliverables for our clients. You will support various HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, policies and procedures, sensitive HR issues and compliance projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and experience of HR practices as well as teach our HR programs in person and virtually. Updating, administering our eLearning programs as well as growing the reach to grow participant attendees - registrants. Direction and training on our platform are provided as with all key responsibilities and company software programs.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage employer-employee relations, ensuring our client issues are addressed promptly, fairly within policy and procedure and applicable Ministry or regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee handbooks, letters, agreements and contracts, documents and forms.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies, advising our client managers or owners on necessary updates and options.</li><li>Facilitate performance management processes, including assessment evaluations forms, employee development plans,</li><li>Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.</li><li>Maintain current client professional relationships.</li><li>Build new clients alongside our established team. This is accomplished through networking, follow up to inquiries and taking the lead to seek out and pitch our HR, safety and accounting services to potential "right mutual fit" companies and management.</li><li>Prepare, deliver, follow up and help with necessary updates to our HR training programs.</li><li>Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive workplace cultures.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency software and systems (e.g., HRIS).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive matters with discretion.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a focus on solutions and continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>HR certification (CHRP, CHRL or equivalent recognized accreditation).</li><li>Experience with employee training and development programs.</li><li>Familiarity with DEI initiatives and programs.</li><li>Developing human resources and health and safety manuals.</li><li>Job site and workplace inspections and reports.</li><li>Conducting third party investigations and reports.</li><li>Client and employee relations.</li><li>Accountable and adaptable to working with various types of business</li><li>Construction safety knowledge and experience is an asset.</li><li>Must have intermediate to high level computer and overall technical skills.</li><li>Work independently and within a team.</li><li>Work in office, client's place of business or other professional en
