Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Hire, supervise and schedule staff. Plan and direct grounds maintenance. Plan and estimate labour and materials. Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls. Maintain work records and logs. Repair and maintain equipment. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Establish work schedules and procedures. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Canadian Nursery Landscape Association (CNLA) certification. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
