We are seeking an acupuncturist to join our multidisciplinary clinic, where patient care and collaboration are at the forefront. Modern Wellness Co is looking for a like minded, medical professional to be a part of our professional team. We are looking for someone who is self motivated with a positive attitude, high energy and is teamwork oriented. We are a new, wellness clinic with extensive workplace experience. Our existing providers offer a wide range of modalities. We have been serving the community together for nearly 20 years and take pride in providing effective therapeutic treatments and are dedicated to the progression of our patients' physical state to ensure optimal health by providing the highest quality of one on one patient care. We strive daily to assure that our patients receive the very best care possible. *We offer:* * An attractive and above average competitive split/ room rental (profession dependent) * A flexible schedule to allow for a stress free environment and work/life balance * Appointment bookings/ reminder emails coordinated by our support staff * Computerized record keeping * Online bookings * Positive, uplifting work environment * Shared Laundry onsite * Ample parking *Duties* * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories. * Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. * Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile needles and appropriate techniques. * Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Educate patients about acupuncture, its benefits, and complementary wellness practices. * Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments and progress. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. * Stay current with advancements in acupuncture practices and medical terminology. *Requirements:* * Registered and in good standing with your governing college/ association * Ability to work independently * Maintain complete and accurate records * Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and staff *Experience* * Proven experience as an Acupuncturist or in a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred. * Familiarity with medical terminology is essential for effective communication with patients and other healthcare providers. * Experience in patient care within a hospital or clinical environment is highly desirable. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in practice.
