*Job description*
We are looking for a charismatic person to join our continuously growing, vibrant and hardworking customer service/administration team. The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment in order to support our companies goals of providing exemplary customer service.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Attending to customers and assessing their needs or desire in order to recommend the appropriate service.
* Learn pest knowledge to be able to provide information about our product and service and answer any questions from customers.
* Responding to incoming calls and email inquiries
* Provide technician support regarding service questions, processing payment or scheduling questions.
* Learn the in house software system used for scheduling services/quotes
* Organizing technicians schedules for route optimization
* Handle customer requests and/or complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
All new hires receive hands-on learning through our in house training program.
This position involves being able to multitask, organizational skills, being quick on your feet for problem solving and most importantly customer service abilities.
*What do you need to get started?:*
* Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service position
* Experience working with a trade and/or service company will be considered an asset
* Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
* Cheerful, positive and respectful attitude
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Confident communicating on the telephone and emails
* Strong work ethic
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Passionate about providing excellent customer service
* Attention to detail to provide written and verbal communication to customers
* Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer and technician needs in a timely manner
* Abilities to use basic Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills
* Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
* Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different situations
*Additional Information:*
* Working Schedule - Tuesday to Saturday (during training period schedule will be Monday to Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
