*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and assist customers with their needs will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system. * Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies. * Provide knowledgeable assistance in technology sales and technical inquiries. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance customer experience. * Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve service quality. * Stay informed about product promotions, new arrivals, and store policies. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in cash handling or cashiering preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Proficient in using technology and POS systems for transactions. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
