Sales, Customer Service - - Under the supervision of the supervisor, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to our clientele, both for corporate requests from existing clients and one-time inquiries. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative holds a pivotal position, requiring coordination between various internal departments. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret different requests and communicate the information to department heads and in the transactional system. It is essential that the candidate can implement an action plan for each request and ensure meticulous follow-up.A key part of this role will also involve qualifying one-time requests and handling them according to the organization?s standards.Your main challenges:- Respond to customer calls and emails quickly and efficiently, resolve issues, and respond constructively to increase customer loyalty.- Provide impeccable customer service at all times, in line with the organization?s standards.- Serve as a liaison for clients regarding delivery, orders and returns, appointments, and inventory.- Record customer information using various software.- Update the information in our transactional and web system when necessary (client database, point allocation, contact information, etc.).- Prepare reports for our clients.- Assist your supervisor in the coordination and distribution of work.- Perform any tasks related to the points above.Skills and qualifications:- College diploma.- 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales and customer service.- Bilingual (French and English): spoken and written.- Excellent communication and a caring approach towards clients.- Advanced proficiency in Office 365 applications.- Strong skills in creating reports with advanced tools such as "pivot tables."- Ability to multitask and prioritize.Working conditions:- Group insurance.- Employee discounts on our collection.- A friendly work environment.- Summer schedule.- Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company.
