Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system - Handle cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash drawer - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service Experience: - Previous experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred but not required - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Basic knowledge of technology products is a plus - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing - Cash handling experience is an asset - Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within our company.
