*Key Responsibilities*
_*Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*_
* *Lead end-to-end hiring processes*: Oversee the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to final selection, ensuring timely hiring of top talent across all departments.
* *Develop recruitment strategies*: Collaborate with department heads to assess hiring needs and craft proactive recruitment plans, with a particular focus on hard-to-fill technical and industrial roles.
* *Optimize candidate experience*: Streamline the hiring process, making it efficient, professional, and candidate-friendly to attract high-caliber applicants.
_*Employee Onboarding & Offboarding*_
* *Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience*: Ensure that new employees are equipped with the necessary resources, training, and support to integrate into their roles effectively.
* *Maintain comprehensive employee records*: Ensure that all employee information?including personal details, compensation, and employment history?is up-to-date and accurate.
_*Payroll & Benefits Administration*_
* *Monitor attendance and leave*: Track employee attendance, vacation, and leave balances to ensure compliance with company policies and report accurate data to accounting team for payroll processing.
* *Administer employee benefits programs*: Manage health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
_*Compliance with Employment Laws*_
* *Ensure regulatory compliance*: Stay current on local labor laws and industry regulations, ensuring that the company?s HR policies are fully compliant.
* *Conduct audits and updates*: Regularly audit HR policies and employee practices to ensure compliance with employment standards.
_*Project Management & Leadership*_
* *Lead HR and cross-departmental projects*: Spearhead HR-related initiatives such as team-building activities, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
* *Collaborate across departments*: Work with teams like R&D and customer service on cross-functional projects that impact overall business success, demonstrating leadership in a variety of company initiatives.
_*Employee Relations & Retention*_
* *Cultivate a positive work environment*: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing grievances and fostering open communication to maintain high morale and productivity.
* *Drive retention initiatives*: Develop and implement strategies to engage employees and reduce turnover, ensuring that top talent is motivated to stay long-term.
_*Performance Management*_
* *Lead performance evaluation processes*: Implement performance management frameworks, facilitating goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
*Qualifications*
* _*Generalist HR Experience:*_A broad range of HR skills, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
* _*Adaptability:*_ The candidate should be flexible and willing to take on new challenges as the company evolves.
* _*Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:*_ The ability to lead and streamline the hiring process. Experience in working with technical roles and industrial sectors would be a plus.
