We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our users while aligning with our business goals.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with product managers, software development teams, operations, Marketing, and Sales to develop achievable and effective project designs. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
* Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
* Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
* Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
* Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
* Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
* Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
* Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
* Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
* Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
* Use and follow product delivery methodologies that align with the company?s approach for software development.
* Organize, prepare, facilitate and document meetings.
* Identify existing or potential future problems and quickly and effectively devise solutions to correct or avoid them.
* Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
* Other related responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing documentation deliverables.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability clearly communicate.
* A portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design work that demonstrates your skills and thought process.
* Knowledge of wireframe tools, preferably figma (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision).
* Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
* Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
* Good time-management skills.
* Familiarity with Agile development processes.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Superior time management and organizational skills.
* Experience managing and prioritizing multiple development projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
