· Bearer of standards
· Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to The Five Fishermen restaurant recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards
· Product ordering, receiving, procurement, Reconciliation
· Par levels, inventory management
· Control food cost and usage
· Menu Development when advised by Culinary Director of Operations and Executive Chef Team
· HACCP compliance
· Health and Safety compliance
· Execution, efficiency, stock levels
· Equipment cleanliness and maintenance
· Recruitment, Hiring, Training, Evaluating, Motivating, Disciplining Team members
· Scheduling and labour control
· Over all kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
· System implementation and follow up
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
