Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings with computer-aided design (CAD)
  • Analyze technical documents and reports
  • Prepare working drawings
  • Supervise architectural technical staff
  • Write specifications
  • Monitor and inspect work
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Assist in design development
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings
