*Job Summary* Valente Plumbing has been serving the Ottawa area for over 10 years and we're looking to grow our team. We're looking for a Licensed Plumber preferably with residential service and new construction experience, and a 3rd-5th year Plumbing Apprentice preferably with residential service and new construction experience. Flexible and supportive work environment, 4-day work-week optional. Company vehicle provided. Competitive wages and benefits. *Expectations:* * Ability to read and follow floor plans and follow all current building/plumbing codes * Ability to work independently as well as with others * Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position * Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal and problem solving skills * Exceptional customer service skills *Experience:* * Licensed Plumber: valid plumbing license and experience in residential and commercial service and residential and commercial new construction * Backflow prevention certificate is considered an asset * Plumbing Apprentice: minimum 3 years in the plumbing trade in residential service and new construction Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Experience: * plumbing: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationGloucester, ON
