Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Schedule work. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Monitor quality and production levels. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Client focus. Flexibility. Initiative.
