*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital support in an office setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This role requires proficiency in various clerical tasks, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
*Duties*
* Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and providing information to patients.
* Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and invoicing.
* Assist collegues when needed
* Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
* Maintain a welcoming office environment forcustomers.
* Utilize computerized systems such as quickbooks or similar software experience for invoicing .
* Support the in daily operations as needed.
* Exhibit strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards.
* Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
* Proficient in computer applications relevant to office management.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
