Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, possess strong organizational abilities and is able to multi-task. This position will involve providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, relaying and taking messages as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assist with proofreading documents for errors or inconsistencies
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Perform general clerical duties, such as e-filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Experience in a similar role as a receptionist or administrative assistant desired
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks/multitask effectively
- Proficient in typing and data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle inquiries or complaints professionally
- Proficiency in Google Suite is a plus
