*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Office Supervisor to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will: Office Administration providing customers with friendly and professional behavior under the direction of Store Owner & ASM. Office administrator will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and timelines of all financial and regulatory information flow. This position is the gatekeeper of inbound and outbound communication. Actively contributes to an environment of employee and customer engagement. File Maintenance Clerk is responsible for providing customers with friendly, professional service. Under the direction of the Store Owner & ASM. File Maintenance Clerk fulfills duties for all areas of the store. Front End Supervisor assists in the efficient and fiscally responsible operation of the department. They assist in overseeing daily department operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. All three roles require strong communication and problem solving skills and a passion for retail .
*Duties*
Office Administrator
-Perform payroll functions
-Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
-Perform administrative duties as required
File Maintenance Clerk
-Prepare weekly/monthly file maintenance updates
-Perform head office maintenance requests
-Maintain store signage, pricing accuracy and product integrity
-Provide store reports to departments as instructed my manager
-Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
-Perform administrative duties as required
Front End Supervisor
-Provide customer service to meet customer needs
-Supervise and give direction to all front end staff
-Perform closing duties and cash up
-Perform till audits, overrides and conduct item price checks
-Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
-Perform administrative duties as required
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to self motivate and team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
- Ability to train staff effectively in product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities.
-Ability to work in a face paced environment, demonstrate credibility and able to readily adapt
-Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
-Ability to work independently and relate well with others
