The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, with a focus on air quality systems from installation to end-of-life. Your role will encompass performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs while ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort are prioritized. *Key Responsibilities:* * Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. * Identify maintenance risks and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. * Clean, adjust, and repair systems, including performing warranty services. * Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to others. * Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. * Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements. * Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. *Requirements:* * High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. * Minimum of 1 years? experience as a certified HVAC technician. * Valid driver?s license. * In-depth understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating. * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Flexibility to work varying hours and in confined spaces. *Why join us?* * Great team atmosphere * Competitive compensation * RRSP Matching * Company Vehicle * Work Boot Program * Fresh Fruit Program * Extended Healthcare ...and more! *Eligibility:* * Only applicants authorized to work in Canada will be considered.
