<p><span>David Brown Santasalo Canada Inc. is looking for a <strong>Sales Manager </strong>for Québec and Maritimes.</span></p><p><strong><span>What we offer you: </span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Full time, permanent position;</span></li><li><span>Competitive compensation;</span></li><li><span>Annual performance bonus</span></li><li><span>RRSP match; </span></li><li><span>Full insurance package: health, dental, vision, travel, LTD and life; </span></li><li><span>Flexible working hours;</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>What will be your role: </span></strong></p><p>Assume the responsibility to promote manufacturing parts, repairs, and other services from DBS.</p><p>The Sales Manager provides the customer service to clients onsite and follow up within his covered territory.</p><p><strong><span>What will be your responsibilities: </span></strong></p><ul><li>Continually research the market and target the top 10 customers within your region.</li><li>Identify cross-selling opportunity in the overall solution offering (New parts, repairs and field service)</li><li>Build a business plan to secure their business and execute the plan.</li><li>Generate new sales leads and convert to profitable orders.</li><li>Grow the business within your region as per targets set by the company budget.</li><li>Deliver individual sales budget on:</li></ul>- Enquiries and visits<br>- Bids<br>- Bookings<br>- Product margins<br><ul><li>Identify and develop new routes to market and gaps in product offerings.</li><li>Visit new potential customers and generate enquiries.</li><li>Establish good relationships at all levels within customer companies to ensure DBS receive all invitations to bid where we have a product offering.</li><li>Manage customer opportunities from initial contact though bid management (including proposal creation) and finally negotiation leading to contract award.</li><li>Act as the customer?s representative within the company.</li><li>Follow up on orders so that customers receive them on time and solve encountered problems.</li><li>Resolve any customer issues by working with the Internal Management Team and ensure long term improvements are put in place</li><li>Report sales activity and results to management on a weekly basis.</li><li>Update clients and sales information in SAP Cloud.</li><li>Work closely with the existing sales personnel and the GM to coordinate and manage your wider region.</li><li>Assist the Engineering division with field test and trials and with comment and suggestions.</li><li>Project manage tour orders in conjunction with the Production Manager.</li><li>Ensure after-sales follow-up.</li><li>Complete and close projects along with monitoring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Perform any additional duties as required to support the sales function.</li></ul> <br> <p><strong><span>The knowledge and skills you must have:<br></span></strong></p><ul><li>Relevant experience in commercial representation of industrial product.</li><li>Have businees acumen</li><li>Demonstrate interpersonal skills, nice and positive attitude.</li><li>Demonstrate a sense of planning, organization and control.</li><li>Demonstrate rigor and attention to details</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p><span>To be eligible for this position, you must legally be permitted to work in Canada, without any additional sponsorship support from David Brown Santasalo Canada Inc.</span></p><p><span>David Brown Santasalo Canada Inc. would like to thank all applicants for applying, but only those selected as potential candidates will be contacted.</span></p><p><strong><span></span></strong></p>
