Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Floriculture production. Outdoors. Wet/damp. Odours. Hot. Cold/refrigerated. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Clean the crops. Cut horticultural crops. Greenhouse cleaning. Harvest seedlings. Mixing fertilizer. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Seed cutting. Weeding. Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants. Mix and prepare soils. Plant bulbs and seeds. Pot and re-pot plants. Transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings. Report signs of insect or disease damage. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Clean work area. Security and safety: Bondable. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Public transportation is not available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination.
