These include supporting and recommending complex, fast-paced and innovative projects and initiatives delivered by AHOCJ. We continuously partner effectively with our Risk and Control partners and provide guidance, advice, and support to businesses to help them achieve their strategic goals and priorities while acting within Risk Appetite and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations.Job Description:Reporting to the RMP Lead, AHOCJ RMP, the successful candidate will be an integral part of a RMP team supporting the AHOCJ Product Group Team and Pods, responsible for fulfilling the 1B mandate by providing guidance on and participating in the identification, measurement, management, treatment, and reporting of risks, emerging issues, and regulatory changes. Through building strong relationships and developing thorough understanding of the Journey's objectives and strategy, the successful candidate will function as a trusted partner and proactively identify, challenge, document and communicate risks in a manner which enables the entire Journey team to make faster and better decisions while operating within TD's Risk Appetite.This successful candidate will demonstrate a balance of risk and business acumen to guide the Journey team as they navigate through complex risk domains and regulatory requirements. A key component of the role is to foster and effectively manage relationships with Risk and Control Partners i.e., Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Operational Risk, Fraud, Financial Crimes Risk, e-Tech Risk, and others to ensure alignment to the broader organization from a policy and compliance perspective while also leveraging their knowledge and expertise to ensure partner interactions are efficient, effective, and timely.Own the risk/compliance oversight and function as a primary risk liaison for assigned Product Groups/Pods through active engagement with Journey stakeholders as part of TD Scaled Agility through NEW ways of working;Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of assigned Journey capabilities with an emphasis on understanding the interplay between various capabilities as well as business segment/Journey impact;Support HR Talent Acquisition (1A) with prompt completion of applicable risk assessment artifacts;Attend and participate in all applicable required NEW ceremonies;Actively engage Risk and Control partners (Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Operational Risk, Fraud, Financial Crimes, e-Tech Risk, and others as may be necessary) to review identified risks and planned controls to gain buy-in;Support prompt signoffs from Risk and Control partners on requirements, processes and/or other artifacts, as needed, t support implementation activities;Actively monitor any trends, findings, action plans to address gaps or identified remediation activities and contribute to Day 2 reporting;Be responsible for ensuring the RMP and the assigned Product Group/Pods execute against the NEW Delivery Execution Framework requirements, including the prompt identification, management and reporting of risk issues in Jira;Participate in identifying opportunities to continuously improve the team and the overall RMP Practice within the Bank;Job Qualifications: 10+ years of relevant work experience;Strong critical thinking and risk management skills;Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to effectively negotiate outcomes;Strong time-management and
