*Job Description*:
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills?ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems and managing customer relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for inquiries, providing support to both agents and customers as needed. You will also provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Respond to inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and effective support for both agents and customers.
* Coordinate with various departments to fulfill requests, ensuring high standards of customer service.
* Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records.
* Track and report on inquiries, ensuring all communications are properly documented.
* Support the early stages of development projects by providing necessary information to clients.
* Maintain and manage spreadsheets for tracking budgets and other important metrics.
* Coordinating with developer teams to ensure smooth project completions.
*Schedule: *Monday - Friday, Full Time (Tuesday - Saturday as needed)
*Qualifications Required*:
* Valid Driver's license & reliable vehicle
* High School diploma
* Strong understanding of the English language
*Experience/Familiarity Required*:
* Microsoft Excel
* Adobe
* Microsoft Word
* Google Sheets
* Gmail
* SignNow
*Experience/Familiarity Not Required but Would Be an Asset*:
* Zapier
* SignNow
* Google Forms
* Real Estate industry in general
*Personal Attributes*:
* Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* A good sense of humor
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume, lively environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
