Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities. Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort. Perform other duties related to personal care. Supply and empty bed pans. Take patients' blood pressure, temperature and pulse. Serve meal trays and feed patients. Weigh, lift, turn and position patients. Deliver messages, reports, requisitions and specimens between departments. Make beds and maintain patients' rooms. Supervise patients' exercise routines. Maintain inventory of supplies. Bathe, dress and groom patients. Answer call signals to determine patients' needs. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check.
