We are responsible to work on and publish over 3000 digital requests per year on TD's public facing websites. The team includes over 60 team members. We work in an Agile environment (Kanban Pods). We follow a hybrid model (in-office/home).JOB DESCRIPTION:As part of an Agile pod, the Sr. Publishing Analyst will be responsible for managing the successful and rapid delivery of the day-to-day changes of some of TD's public facing websites (small to medium size tasks). Following TD's Share Commitments, the successful candidate will lead initiatives to help improve processes and drive efficiencies within the Content Publishing Practice. They will work closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master and help lead Publishing Analysts within assigned Agile pod.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Manage and execute rapid delivery of requests to website properties, including: business as usual content changes, marketing campaigns, corporate Initiatives, regulatory changes, rate changes, and more;Assess client requests (in Jira) by understanding the business requirements, impact to clients and customers, and alignment to an integrated online experience;Document and coordinate all requests activities, including: requirements, change order requests, Jira intake, tracking, project status reporting, and communication;As needed, coordinate deployment activities with Quality Engineer, Delivery Management, Business/Marketing partners, and support teams to ensure successful delivery;Align work activities to support priorities as defined by requestors. Ensure deliverables meet quality objectives. Communicate status and provide timely escalation of issues;Participate in daily meetings (backlog refinement, pod huddle, etc.)Participate in quarterly Program Incrementation sessions to support roadmap and Business' OKRs;Develop and manage relationships with key partners: Marketing, Product Groups, Technology partners,Change Management, Incident Management, and external partners;Represent Content Publishing team as a subject matter expert;Lead initiatives to help improve processes and efficiencies;Provide a professional, consistent and positive client experience;Lead, coach, and mentor Publishing Analysts.
