Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Security guard agency. Tasks: Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Monitor quality and production levels. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervision: Security guards. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. Security Guard License. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Flexibility.
