Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Tasks: Evaluate communication strategies and programs. Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content. Supervise professional and support staff and students. Administer programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas. Develop venture capital sources. Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products. Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
