Thank you, Praxis!? ? Former employee *Praxis Permanent Part Time Human Resource Consultant* *About You * The Human Resources Consultant role will report to a Senior Director in our Firm. At this time, we are looking for an individual who is interested in working in a permanent, part time role, between 3-4 days per week, on an alternate work arrangement. *The Human Resources Consultant is accountable for the following: * Business Development You will provide support to the leadership team and senior associate, specializing in leadership development and HR, in initiating new ideas and concepts to the business, while maintaining strong client relationships and helping to develop team members within the firm. You will be a contributor to drafting proposals and fostering business relationships to earn work for the firm, with mentorship and support from your immediate leader and other senior leaders, subject matter experts, and team. Project Delivery You will contribute to teams of 2-5 people and be tasked with delivering the contracted mandate for fractional HR work and other assigned organizational development and Human Resources projects. Over the course of each project, you will gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations. You will co-present or present results to clients and implement recommendations in collaboration with clients. You will serve on multiple client engagements in a range of industries at any one time. Project Management In certain cases, you will serve as a project manager when acting as a liaison between the project?s subject matter expert/lead consultant and the client. The project manager plays a key role in client relationship management, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. Internal Human Resources Service Delivery and Advice In addition to consulting projects, you will be responsible for implementing Praxis internal people and human resources programs and processes, including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, total rewards, policy updates, and training.
