Iron Elements is a local small metal fabrication business just starting in the design & architectural industry, full time since 2019 we have been working hard towards growing our brand & team based on creative designs while maintaining quality. We are expanding our team and opening another position. Candidates will be under the supervision of the lead drafter. We have been creating our design based on shop drawings and leaning on others in the industry to support our drafting needs. We are excited to have the opportunity to expand our team to develop this position for the team & our clients. *Responsibilities:* * *Gather all the information needed to complete accurate drawings. * * *Produce working drawings and models. Create 3D architectural models, document & annotate 2D drawings, sections, and details generated from 2D/3D models. * * *Update designs and check accuracy. * * *Ability to go to site for measurements to create shop drawings* * *Coordinate the work with the fabrication team* * *Ability to create work orders, accurately quote a project based on building/house plans, create processes to streamline projects* * Take on additional responsibilities as required. *Qualifications* * *Diploma in CADD with emphasis on drafting or Certificate in drafting or diploma/graduate in Architectural Technology. Proven drafting skills and experience.* *Flexible, adaptable, fluent team player. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. *Proficiency in MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook). * * Ability to read and understand architectural and multi-discipline engineering drawings. *Excellent interpersonal skills. * Self-starter and team player. * *A valid driver's license.* * *Knowledge in 2D & 3D modelling & rendering programs(Autocad, Sketchup, Fusion 360, V-ray, Enscape)* * *Microsoft Office(Excel, Word)* * *Fluent in English* * *Excellent attention to detail* Please send applications to *design.ironelements@gmail.com* and please CC *ironelements@gmail.com*.
