Boss Security is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
*Duties*
* Manage office and answering incoming calls?
* Supervise office clerks and provide guidance as needed?
* Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records?
* Assist with financial record-keeping?
* Coordinate employee management activities?
* Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks?
* Ensure efficient office operations and workflow?
* Support team management efforts to enhance productivity
*Qualifications*?
* Proven experience in administrative roles?
* Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite?
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities?
* Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively?
* Prior experience in office management or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)
