You'll be joining a dedicated team of real estate experts who are passionate about their work and committed to delivering the best client experience bar none. We're looking for someone who can: * Craft compelling visuals (for both digital and print) * Manage and grow our social media presence * Create engaging photo/video content to showcase our properties and services * Collaborate with our team to execute marketing strategies that will help us help even more people in Windsor-Essex. Check below for the full description. *Job Title: *Marketing Coordinator *Position Type: *Part-Time, 24 hours per week *Hourly Rate: *$20 *Overview* The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team through the creation of visual content, management of social media platforms and video editing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, video editing, social media management, and content editing. They will ensure all marketing efforts are visually engaging, on-brand, and effective across all channels. *Responsibilities:* Graphic Design: * Create compelling visual content for various marketing platforms, including digital ads, email campaigns, websites, and print materials. * Design graphics for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. * Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets. * Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce creative designs that align with the company's goals and brand identity. Social Media Management: * Plan, create, and schedule social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). * Design eye-catching visuals, infographics, and videos for social media channels. * Monitor and engage with social media audiences, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. * Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility. * Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Video Editing: * Plan, edit, and produce videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and advertisements. * Create engaging video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, product demos, and social media reels. * Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, and sound effects to enhance the overall video quality. * Collaborate with team members to brainstorm video concepts and strategies. Collaborative Support: * Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop cohesive marketing strategies and campaigns. * Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns by creating and editing visual and video content. * Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers, such as videographers or graphic designers, as needed. *Qualifications/Requirements:* * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator * Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro * In-depth understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their best practices * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong time management skills and an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously * A keen eye for detail and commitment to creating high-quality work * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment If you think you?re the person for the job, we want to hear from you!
