\*Job Overview\* We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. \*Responsibilities\* - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum - Provide a safe and supportive learning environment - Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff - Utilize time management skills to plan daily activities - Incorporate computerized learning tools into lessons - Monitor and assess children's progress - Write reports on children's development and behavior \*Qualifications\* - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field - Experience working with young children - Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus - Ability to educate children with special needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Toronto, ON M6J 1X8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * Early childhood education: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (required) Location: * Toronto, ON M6J 1X8 (required) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-10-04- LocationToronto, ON
