Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Report on the performance of computer systems and networks. Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer. Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions. Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties. Participate in the redesign of applications and other software. Supervision: 3-4 people. 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Communication software. Database software. Software development. Data analysis software. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Sitting. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationEdmonton, AB
