Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Professionalism in customer service. Receive and relay information to central dispatch. Load and unload goods. Use maps and other trip planning aids. Provide customer service. Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Transportation/travel experience: Local. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Vehicle supplied by employer. Willing to travel for extended periods. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Client focus. Organized. Team player.
