*Key Responsibilities:*
*Office Administration:*
* Help keep track of and manage our office supplies inventory.
* Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure the office runs efficiently.
* Maintain organized records for inventory and purchases.
* Contribute to keeping the office environment clean, safe, and welcoming.
*Bookkeeping and Accounting Support:*
* Assist our accounting team with data entry tasks, including processing invoices and expenses.
* Help reconcile accounts and ensure records are accurate.
* Prepare and assist with financial reports as needed.
*General Office Duties:*
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
* Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
* Support the team with various administrative tasks.
*Qualifications:*
* An Associate?s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
* Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar role is helpful but not required.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
