We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our company and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to analyze market trends to create effective sales strategies. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional customer service skills to foster relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met.
\*Responsibilities\*
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate customer service team to performance and meet sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in technology sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining strong relationships.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with customer service to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
\*Qualifications\*
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role, preferably in technology or outside sales.
-Build a sales team once warranted. Currently, there are 1-2 direct reports.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the company.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving success through teamwork and collaboration.
