Join our dynamic team as a key member reporting to the Manager of Central Tendering and Client Support, where you'll play a vital role in fostering a customer-centric culture. Your primary responsibility is to help enable the procurement of goods and services for government departments and government funded bodies using the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON). Maintaining user access and updating vendor information Facilitating communication with clients to help meet their needs Performing daily system maintenance tasks, testing new system functionality and other related tasks as required Transitioning to provide client support services for the upcoming Oracle Fusion Procurement module Please ensure that you indicate the competition number 12191 (R85-2024/25-392-A) when applying.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: High school or GED supplemented by a one (1) year related post-secondary diploma plus a minimum of five 5 year's customer service or related experience.
