*The Role*
As our Office Administrator, you?ll be the face of Feasible Fuels, helping customers with their inquiries and placing orders for our petroleum products, such as furnace oil, diesel, and gasoline. You?ll also manage payments, assist with billing, and resolve any questions or concerns with a professional and warm approach?whether over the phone, by email, or in person.
In addition to customer interaction, you?ll handle various administrative tasks, keeping our office organized and running efficiently.
*What You Will Be Doing: *
* Welcome visitors with a friendly attitude and assist with inquiries.
* Listen carefully to customers? needs and help place orders for fuel products.
* Manage high call volumes using our computer system and process payments accurately.
* Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person, ensuring each interaction is positive.
* Promote our programs, payment plans, and special offers to customers.
* Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies.
* Support team members with administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, and preparing documents.
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment, helping wherever needed.
*What We Are Looking For:*
* *Customer Service Champion:* You have at least one year of experience in an office setting and are passionate about providing top-notch customer service.
* *Communication Pro:* Your verbal and written communication skills are excellent, and you know how to keep conversations professional yet friendly.
* *Team Player:* You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy supporting your coworkers.
* *Tech-Savvy:* You?re comfortable using computer systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and can easily handle high call volumes.
* *Multitasking Master:* You can juggle multiple tasks and stay organized, even on busy days.
* *Self-Starter:* You can take on complex tasks independently with minimal supervision.
* *Experience:* Previous experience in an office or customer service role is a plus; having worked in hospitality is a bonus.
* *Eligibility:* You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
