\*Job Summary\*
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
\*Duties\*
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide information about products or services
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the database
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide support to the sales team by processing orders and following up on leads
\*Experience\*
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience with computers is a must using industry specific software
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
