*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible to:
* Be the face of the business by greeting and assisting visitors and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
* Maintain office supplies and ensure that office equipment is in working order.·
* Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
* Perform data entry, record-keeping, filing, and document organizational tasks.
* Support various departments with administrative tasks, as needed.
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
As the Administrative Assistant, you will bring:
* High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is a plus.
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Customer-centric mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
